1. Introduction ​

Tooliz is a platform that integrates a variety of specialized AI tools across fields such as content creation, image/video/audio editing, e-commerce, and personal automation. By using Tooliz’s services, you agree to the terms set forth below and commit to complying with them throughout your usage.

2. Acceptance of Terms ​

By using, registering an account, or accessing any part of Tooliz, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Modification of Terms ​

Tooliz may modify the Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be announced via the website or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

4.1 Account Registration and Management ​

5.2 Prohibited Behavior ​

Users must not use Tooliz to:

  • Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
  • Commit fraud, deception, or system attacks
  • Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or others' privacy rights
  • Create violent, discriminatory, pornographic, politically sensitive, or defamatory content

5.3 Content Responsibility ​

Users are fully responsible for the content they generate on Tooliz. Content must comply with Vietnamese laws and general ethical standards. Tooliz reserves the right to review, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. Registration and Payment ​

6.1 Payment Model ​

Tooliz operates on a prepaid top-up model. You deposit funds into your Tooliz account, and service fees are deducted based on actual usage (pay-as-you-go). No fixed subscriptions apply.

6.2 Payment Methods ​

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • You agree that Tooliz has the right to deduct service charges directly from your account balance.

6.3 No Refund Policy ​

Tooliz does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Users are advised to carefully consider before topping up or using the service.

7. Privacy and Security ​

Tooliz respects your privacy and is committed to protecting user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on the website to understand how we collect, store, and process your personal information.

8. Suspension and Termination ​

Tooliz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the following cases:
